We had a wonderful stay at Lavis 18 Residence in a spacious penthouse. The staff was friendly, attentive, and spoke perfect English. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and even had a washing machine. The amenities like the gym, sauna, and steam room were great. The location was quiet and in a nice part of the city. We highly recommend this hotel!

Great Amenities and Friendly Staff

I recently stayed at a hotel for a business trip, and I have to say that the amenities were fantastic. The laundry facilities were great, and I didn't have to worry about finding a laundromat nearby. The gym was also a nice touch, and I was able to fit in a quick workout before heading to my meetings. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions I had. the location was perfect with easy access to main attractions.

One concern, however, was the noise level. The school next door was a bit loud during the day, but it wasn't too big of a bother.

Great new hotel with all the mod cons and lovely staff. This hotel is surrounded by locals going about their business. There are plenty of places to get coffee and food, and at least two supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. A big positive, we got a room card each and an additional card to leave in the power slot which is really helpful for charging things. Worst aspects: Unfortunately, the wifi was a bit intermittent on our first night, but it was fixed. There was no restaurant on site yet, but they do make coffee and drinks. the hotel is located too close to a school, and one morning we woke up feeling stress because a very loud speaker system was going non-stop from 6:45 am. the waste pipe system is so bad and smelly, making it hard to sleep because of the stinky smell come out from the toilet.

During my stay, I was pleased with the excellent service provided by the attentive staff. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were exceptional. The gym equipment was modern and top-notch, and the pool was one of the highlights of my trip. Additionally, the hotel's cafe had a wide variety of refreshing smoothies and juices.

The studio apartment was quaint, with a nice view of the local area, and an ample amount of space. the staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay a pleasant experience. the location was great, with easy access to local restaurants and street food stands.

The facilities were not as well-maintained as I had hoped, and the gym lacked any adequate equipment for a workout.
